    they accepted a SCOTUS decision to put Dubya in office even though he lost the popular vote and actually lost in Florida.

      Decisively. It'd take, in VP Biden's parlance, some brass to just outright reject the outcome of the election. Not that the teabaggers haven't proven themselves willing to hurt the country to get their way (ie, in the debt ceiling nonsense last year).
