      and yes, there is about a 1 in 4 chance of a rogue elector in a normal presidential election - ie one where you don't have a 3rd candidate trying to siphon off part of a party's coalition. My pick for most likely defectors are evangelical southern Republicans voting for Santorum, libertarian Republicans in the intermountain west for Ron Paul, and D.C. with a statehood protest of some sort.
