In general, the Carrots Not Sticks movement makes a recommendation to give carrots, rewards, when your congressmen vote the correct way, rather than focusing so much on giving out sticks, messages of disapproval, etc. to those who vote against.
In the case of the Stupak Amendment, I think both is in order. And since now focus is on the final passage, I think it is very important to remember that tonight, access to abortion, and thus the right to choose, has become more restricted to poorer women, and the Health Care Reform bill has now FAILED to be a gender equity bill (the House version, at least).
Here are the 194 Democratic congressmen who deserve carrots:

Be sure to call/write/Email and give them your thanks for voting against the Stupak amendment.
While in general, I know we are not supposed to give sticks, when it comes to restricting a woman's right to choose, I'd make an exception. So here are the 64 names of people who deserve sticks . . . and primaries (and NARAL, PLEASE do NOT endorse any of them):
Altmire, Baca, Barrow, Berry, Bishop (GA), Boccieri, Boren, Bright, Cardoza, Carney, Chandler, Childers, Cooper, Costa, Costello, Cuellar, Dahlkemper, Davis (AL), Donnelly (IN), Doyle, Driehaus, Ellsworth, Etheridge, Gordon (TN), Griffith, Hill, Holden, Kanjorski, Kaptur (?!!!!), Kildee, Langevin, Lipinski, Lynch, Marshall, Matheson, Mcintyre, Melancon, Michaud, Mollohan, Murtha, Neal (MA), Oberstar, Obey, Ortiz, Perriello, Peterson, Pomeroy, Rahall, Reyes, Rodriguez, Ross, Ryan (OH), Salazar, Shuler, Skelton, Snyder, Space, Spratt, Stupak (#1 to be primaried), Tanner, Taylor, Teague, Wilson (OH)
And I missed one (I count 63), so someone please state below who I missed.
Sorry if this is a duplicate.
