Are the black helicopters next?
No,
not from The Onion.
Not. Making. This. Up. These guys are binging it to an entirely new level.
It's gone from multiple lawsuits to soap opera style drama complete with crocodile tears and phony outrage over "freedom of speech" to hyperbolic lies and bloated, false claims, the rending of garments and gnashing of teeth. The RWNJs still aren't done trying to kill the John Doe Probe in Wisconsin.
Yes, they're upset that they've been caught illegally coordinating between campaigns and dark money groups with anonymous (could be foreign) donors, but they're even more upset that the 3 judge Appeals Court essentially laughed them out of court recently with a stern judicial spanking to their most favorite Federal Judge evah, Rudolph Randa.
Their multiple attempts to kill the most recent John Doe before much of the investigation has been done are failing and they're left screetching at the top of their lungs to the base on RW radio in Wisconsin. Today, Eric O'Keefe, head of the Wisconsin Club for Growth was on with Scott Walkers favorite Wisconsin RW radio host, Charlie Sykes.
Calling a subpoena issued to him a "death warrant" and "kill shot" for his organization, a leader of the conservative Wisconsin Club for Growth said Tuesday he would seek to have a federal appeals court reconsider his lawsuit against prosecutors.
"This eight-page subpoena was not an investigatory document. This is a death warrant," he said.

OMG! Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Time to invent some more dirty tricks.
O'Keefe and groups and individuals he is affiliated with have brought five lawsuits over the probe or the campaign finance laws underpinning prosecutors' theories about the case. Additionally, special prosecutor Francis Schmitz has filed a court action to overturn an order quashing subpoenas in the case, meaning there have been six lawsuits in all connected to the probe in some way.
O'Keefe has also alleged Chisholm has engaged in "domestic spying" and has asked the district attorney to appoint a special prosecutor to look into his own activities. If Chisholm declines to do so, O'Keefe has said he would try to start an investigation of him in some other way.

That's right, O'Keefe demands to have a John Doe Probe into one of those prosecutors who is currently investigating his groups activities. And if he won't appoint a special prosecutor to investigate himself, O'Keefe will start an investigation himself. So, there!
From what we've seen in documents the Appeals Court unsealed, they've got the Wisconsin Club for Growth not only coordinating with candidates during the recall elections, but having Governor Scott Walker (R-ILoveDaKochBrothers) out there raising funds for them.
They would like to have the buzzards stop circling as soon as possible so they can get back to their regularly scheduled election year shenanigans - buying enormous amounts of ad time to lie about Democratic candidates.
They know Scott Walker is in trouble and they're pulling out all the stops to steal the election for him. Via gerrymandering, voter suppression, and a militia group that will be "patrolling" for recall petition signers when they show up at the polls, they'll stop at nothing to keep him in office.
We need to show up. If we all vote, we win.
