So I was reading a play-by-play of the trial(from April) of this latest massacre-by-cop and was unsurpised to find that the former Marine who jumped on he hood of the car and emptied his weapon, had learned this 'tactic' in his Marine training.
A 'Jen Steer' does this play-by-play for Fox8 Cleveland's article on this part of the trial, below.
(BCI Special Agent, witness for the prosecution)Saraya says Brelo told him he thought it was safer to get up on the trunk of the cruiser because he didn’t want the patrol car to be smashed against him. He reloads for a second time, his third magazine. Being on the trunk of the car gave him elevation to see the threat and protection from the threat using the engine block, Brelo told BCI Agent Saraya.

Saraya says Brelo was asking himself why are these people still shooting. He was terrified. The next thing Brelo recalled is standing near the Malibu and hearing someone say cease fire. He put his car in park, turned the engine off and dropped the keys on the hood. Brelo said he had no recollection of being on the hood of the suspects’ car.

Brelo was deployed to Iraq, but was never involved in a firefight, Saraya says. Brell said in his Marine training, he was taught to go to an “elevated position and push through the target.”
This is way beyond 'racism'. This is the war, brought home. The longer we deny it, the more carnage that will ensue. And with this verdict, absolving guilt due to some sort of 'mayhem' defense, this "Marine" method will become more than just a second nature occurence perpetrated by returning vets, but will happen as (insurance)policy,
de jure or no.
Brelo said he had no recollection of being on the hood of the suspects’ car.
