(I'm not sure if this has ever been diaried, so that's why I headline this as "breaking.")
I just found this out from Wikipedia, so I know it's true.
This is potentially a game-changer that could turn everything around.
A very senior member of Hillary Clinton's inner circle was indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice in the late 1990s, with the case finally settling for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
This is very serious, folks.
One of the most senior members of the Clinton campaign, someone whose face is known to many Americans and even some San Franciscans, was indicted on very serious charges of obstructing justice and perjury in testimony connected to a sexual harassment lawsuit.
Though this senior advisor was acquitted of those charges, he still had to pay settlement of $850,000. And get this: this settlement was apparently paid by sources very close to Clinton herself.
We cannot allow this.
If Obama can be smeared with a former pastor and with some dude he served on a board with, then Clinton needs to be held accountable for this person's actions: Clinton has reportedly traveled with said person, had numerous meals with him, even attended many social functions with him.
There are even rumors of a relationship of an intimate nature--and there may be a love child that resulted.
UPDATE: I emailed Mickey Kantor for his comment on this scandal. I will quote his response in full:
Wiggah, please!
