Well, President Bush is off urging the killing of more Islamic Fundamentalists while visiting forners in Old Europe. How quaint!
Meanwhile, the worst flooding ever is causing many in the Midwest to lose everything they have worked for over their lifetimes.
My point here is, if this was Bush's reelection year (2004), he'd be out their with his sleeves recently rolled up, pictured filling a sand bag or something. But since he doesn't have to face the voters again, he's trying to build legacy stuff and such, because he doesn't give a rat's ass about the people of Iowa.
Remember Bush handing out water in Florida, remember Bush in front of the statue in New Orleans. Well, he really didn't care about those folks, but it made nice pictures and stuff for the evening news shows.
Screw politicians who use people devastated by Natural Disasters for their benefit.
I appreciate Barack not going to Iowa as planned to stay out of the way of recovery efforts. This is not a Barack plug, just a fact. McCain, for all I know, basically ignored Iowa (must be his polling showing he's down and out there).
Bush, screw you and your ilk. You're a freaking loser.
