This diary will be short and to the point, as I have to go and vote. In another recent diary, the diarist wrote about having challenges at the polling place. I posted the following information in a comment in that diary, but as this information is relevant to everyone who is having problems at the polling place, or having questions, I thought a diary with the information might be helpful to others.
The ACLU Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law is already aware of voting problems in GA and filed a recent lawsuit regarding this issue.
The Election Protection web
page requests that voters contact them to share their stories if they have problems at the polls:
Share your story. Have problems voting? Election Protection wants to hear your story."
...If you have any questions, or if your right to vote is being challenged, please call 1-800-OUR-VOTE..."
Since this diary is mainly informational, and since I have to go vote, I'll be gone a while, but will check comments later. Good luck voting, and here's hoping you won't need to use the info here.
