This week slipped away from me. It passed me by as I did the simple things that take time and effort. Laundry, cleaning, processing satsumas. Yep, in my freezer now are over five gallons of freshly squeezed satsuma juice. I'm still sticky.
The tree comes down this weekend. All the decorations will be boxed and returned to the attic. I must have been a genius this year with the gifts because no one has asked for receipts for a return.
Last week the cabinet received many requests, one for a family who lost a child to cancer, one for a mother with breast cancer and one for a a daughter recovering for a surgery to remove a cyst. Keep them in your prayers this week. Go below the fold to leave your request.
This is the prayer cabinet, a fine and quiet place for those in need of "prayers" and kind thoughts. Give just the information you are comfortable giving and know your concerns will be handled with respect and dignity.
