Right on the heels of the State of the Union address, Mike Rogers (R-Thought Police) will be re-introducing CISPA — yes, that's right, the very same unnecessary, dangerous, privacy-busting Blow-Up-The-Internet bill from last year. Because "cyberwar".
Rogers is apparently counting on the State of the Union — rumored as it is to include an endorsement of some sort of legislation like this (uh, why?) — as well as an executive order to implement parts of the Lieberman bill from the same failed project (again, why?) to float this piece of garbage through this time.
Once again, we in the netroots must combine our efforts to stop this insane cyberspying bill.
