In Arkansas, how do you have at least 10–15% of the population vote for both an increase in the state minimum wage and a Senate candidate who is a guaranteed vote against federal minimum wage increases?
Or, in Florida, how do you have people who voted for medical marijuana but also voted for Rick Scott, Mr. Let's-Drug-Test-the-Poor-Just-Because-I'm-an-A—hole?
Or, in Colorado, people who voted against a personhood amendment for the third time vote for one of the prime advocates of personhood legislation?
Or the voters who believe that Election Day only happens once a year?
How do we—both those of us on this site and the Democrats running for election—get through to these voters?
I wish I had the answer (more accurately, that they had the answer this year).
