This is just a quick diary to relate something I find almost unbelievable in its scope. In the last few days, Bob McCulloch released more documents related to the Ferguson investigation. In the newly released PDF document linked here you can read the interview, on August 21st 2014, of one of the two witnesses labeled "white construction workers," who talked to Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson, then witnessed part of the shooting of Brown by Darren Wilson of the Ferguson, Missouri, Police Department. If you compare this interview to the later ones released by McCulloch at the time of the grand jury decision, you'll see that the treatment of this witness was far worse in the newly released, original, suppressed interview. He was basically held incommunicado for quite a long time, and then hounded as if he were a drug dealer. Join me below the squiggle for my simple conclusion.
Two "white" witnesses who were not from the neighborhood, saw the fatal shooting of Mike Brown by Darren Wilson. Police and other mysterious "Unknown Males," as described in the just-released transcript, treated these witnesses like criminals and drug dealers from the word go, in an extremely hostile fashion. In my own opinion, it's no surprise as to why: they were very credible, uninvolved, witnesses that were going to testify to the grand jury - and they were white, meaning the prosecutors feared they would be credible. These are the same men seen in the famous "hands up" video shot seconds after Mike Brown died, in which the very worker interviewed in the document above, puts his hands in the air in exasperation at Darren Wilson for shooting Mike Brown dead with his hands up.
