Yup, the Saudi Yemen war is still going on,
The humanitarian situation in Yemen has become catastrophic, the Red Cross said on Monday, as Saudi-led aircraft pounded Iran-allied Houthi militiamen and rebel army units for a second day, dashing hopes for a pause in fighting to let aid in.
Residents said warplanes flew between 15 and 20 sorties against groups of Houthi fighters and arms depots in the al-Dhalea provincial capital, Dhalea, and the nearby city of Qa'ataba, between dawn and 0900 local time (02:00 a.m. EDT), setting off a chain of explosions that lasted for two more hours.

The Saudi's are still stopping himanitarian aid to Yemen, and the crisis for the population is getting worse:
"Another vessel that was also part discharging wheat in Saleef sailed (last Wednesday) bound for discharge balance of cargo at Hodaida. However, on sailing, coalition warships ordered the vessel out of Yemen waters to await another inspection for clearance to enter Hodaida to complete her discharge," Helikon Shipping Enterprises Ltd said.

ADEN/DUBAI - Hospitals bereft of electricity, homes crushed by air strikes, thousands on the move in search of water, shelter and food: Yemen's humanitarian plight, long fragile, has become disastrous after a month of all-out war.
In a reversal of a journey long undertaken by those fleeing disaster, war and famine, some Yemenis have resorted to escaping to less unstable zones in the Horn of Africa.
Hospitals in the capital Sanaa, too short of gasoline to run ambulances, blared appeals to private drivers with enough fuel to collect the dead and injured lying in the street after a big air strike on capital Sanaa last week.

The Saudi's have not sent in Ground Forces yet,
Arabia announced early last week that it would send its well-trained National Guard to the border, the deployment only began late on Sunday night, Saudi media reported.
The troops will reinforce the border guard and the army, which stepped up their presence on the border a month ago when the Saudi-led coalition first began carrying out airstrikes.

The Saudi Ground Plan seems to be rebranding Al Quida in The Arabian Penninsula, the Yemeni branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, (Islah) and the remmenants of the Yemen Army loyal to Hadi, as "Popular Commitees", to do the ground war for them,
[Saudi Ambassador to the U.S.] Adel Al-Jubeir said that Saudi Arabia is providing support and weapons to so-called “Popular Committees,” militia groups who have in recent years emerged in Yemen as a counterweight to extremist groups in the country. Jubeir said that if the Houthis do not join the political process, these groups will step up activity against them.

And is having it's ususal predictable results:
Qaeda fighters have seized the airport, government buildings and a refinery around Al Mukalla, establishing themselves as the most powerful local force. In an effort to win popular support, they have begun calling themselves the Sons of Hadhramaut and have promised to quickly return control of the city to local civilian leaders. When they seized a major army base outside of the city on Friday, they allowed the soldiers inside to leave unharmed, according to a local tribal leader.

Supporters of ISIS have 'declared a caliphate' in Yemen through a bizarre video showing a group of masked fighters a barren desert.
The video, allegedly shot near the capital of Sanaa, sees some 20 men wearing desert camouflage uniforms carry out a carefully choreographed rifle routine in the sand.
The 'establishing' of an ISIS-related group in Yemen comes after months of conflict which has seen Iran-backed Houthi rebels fight both the government and the local Al Qaeda affiliates.
