From CNN
"(CNN)US Sen. Ben Ray Luján of New Mexico announced Tuesday that he "suffered a stroke in the cerebellum" last week but is expected to make a full recovery.
"As part of his treatment plan, he subsequently underwent decompressive surgery to ease swelling".
In "a
statement posted to the Democrat's Twitter account said. "He is currently being cared for at UNM hospital, resting comfortably, and expected to make a full recovery."
IMHOP President Biden and the Democrats need to name a nominee to SCOTUS and move the confirmation forward immediately.
They also need to figure out what they can pass of the BBB and get it done even if it is only pre-K, drug prices and and a start on the environment while they can pass it by reconciliation.
We are 1 Democratic Senator from a state with a Republican governor away from being out of the majority.
Senator Lujon is hopefully going to be alright but he is young, being only 50 years old or so, and we have some very old Democrats who are potentially much more vulnerable.
Get Manchin to the table and call it whatever he wants with what he will agree to and put it in bill form and pass it. Now.
